Rates
Business and residential onsite (in-office or in-home) service is $80 per hour. Remote support and drop off service for laptop and desktop repair is $60 per hour. Drop offs are by appointment only. We do not accept unscheduled dropoffs. All services have a 1 hour minimum charge. Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments. Purchase and delivery of computer parts has a $10 fee and will require cash or credit card payment upon job completion.
If the original problem persists after a repair has been completed call us within 5 days of the date of service and we will attempt to address the issue free of charge. If the complaint is regarding onsite service, we will not return for an onsite followup until an attempt has been made to resolve the issue by phone or online support.
Our data recovery service has a low fixed rate of $180 dollars if successful, if we can't recover the data there is no charge. For more about our data recovery services click here.
E-mail and telephone support are offered free-of-charge to current clients, though repeated or extremely lengthy calls will be subject to the standard hourly rate.
