Remote Assistance
Peter's PC Repair provides remote assistance via our Remote Support Agent. This small program allows a technician secure access to a user's desktop to provide remote assistance and troubleshooting. The Remote Support Agent does not require installation and does not add files to the registry. Remote assistance sessions can be cancelled at any time by the user and can only be initiated with the local user's permission. If you would like to schedule a remote assistance session you must first call (415)642-1883 to make an appointment. Once you've made an appointment simply download RemoteAssistant.exe to your desktop and double click the icon to start the program.
