All onsite services are $80 per hour. Drop off and remote repairs are $60 per hour. All services have a 1 hour minimum charge. Purchase and delivery of computer parts will have a 15% fee unless otherwise agreed upon. Complaints alleging continued malfunction or problems after repairs have been completed will be addressed free of charge if received within 5 days of the date of service. E-mail and telephone support are offered free-of-charge to current clients, though repeated or extremely lengthy calls will be subject to the standard hourly rate. Businesses interested in arranging for extended technical support (phone, e-mail, and remote assistance) may negotiate a monthly service rate. |
