Drop off and remote assistance have a one-hour minimum charge; onsite service has a two-hour minimum. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Drop off repairs include a 30-day service warranty on our labor. If the original problem comes back within 30 days of the date of service, let us know and we'll work on it again at no charge. The warranty covers only the original issue, not new or unrelated problems. Replacement parts are covered by their manufacturer's warranty.
If any issues remain after an onsite visit, let us know and we'll work to resolve them by phone or remote assistance.
