Step 1
Download Splashtop SOS
Click the button below. Your browser saves a small file called SplashtopSOS.exe, usually to your Downloads folder.

Open the download
In Chrome, click the download arrow at the top right of the window, then click SplashtopSOS.exe. Edge and Firefox have the same download arrow at the top right of the toolbar: click it, then click SplashtopSOS.exe. You can also double-click the file in your Downloads folder.
Step 3
Click Yes
There's nothing to install. If Windows asks "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?", click Yes.
Step 4
Read us your code
A Splashtop SOS window opens with a 9-digit code. Read it to us over the phone and we'll connect.

When we're finished

Close Splashtop SOS. We can't connect again unless you open it and read us a new code.
